Geneva Institute of Languages ("we") is responsible for the personal data you share on this website. You can contact us at hello@geneveinstituteoflanguages.com.
What we collect
The details you enter in our forms: your name, email, phone number, your reason for learning French, and any CV or message you choose to send.
Why we use it
- To send you the masterclass details and reminders you asked for
- To reply to your enrolment, waitlist, affiliate, partnership or job application
- To send news about courses and offers, only if you ticked that box
Legal basis
Your consent, and the steps needed before you enrol in a course you asked about. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers that run this website and its forms, only to provide those services. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the CNPD in Portugal.
Terms
Courses are sold per level and paid in advance. Class dates, times and the number of lessons are shown on each course page. Recordings are for enrolled students only and may not be shared.
Refunds
If a course isn't right for you, tell us after your first class and we'll refund you. Write to hello@geneveinstituteoflanguages.com.
