French for work and real life abroad.
Speak with confidence in most situations you'll meet while living or working in a French-speaking country. For many relocation goals, B1 is the level that changes everything.
- 200+ students taught
- Max. 10 per class
- Live and recorded
Built for people with a reason to learn.
Our strongest results come from students who needed French for something real. If that's you, you're in the right place.
This is for you if
- You've completed A2 or hold basic conversations
- Your job or visa plans need intermediate French
- You want to understand colleagues, not just reply
- You're aiming for an exam such as DELF B1
It's probably not for you if
- You're still at beginner level (see A1 and A2)
- You need advanced, specialised French (see C1)
By the end of B1, you'll be able to
Each level is the foundation for the next. Nothing you learn is wasted.
- Handle most situations while living or travelling abroad
- Describe experiences, explain opinions and give reasons
- Follow the main points of meetings, news and clear talks
- Write connected texts: emails, cover letters, short reports
- Get through a job interview in French
A system, not a collection of lessons.
Here's what that means, using one sentence you'll need in your first week abroad.
One pattern, not one phrase. Learn Je voudrais + anything once and you can use it at the café, the bank and the town hall.
I'd like a croissant.
Same structure, four real situations. In class, you say it out loud until it stops feeling foreign.
Grammatically correct. Socially, it sounds like an order.
What people actually expect to hear.
An app marks the first one as right. A teacher tells you how it lands. That difference is what makes people sound natural instead of rude.
Un café, s'il vous plaît.A coffee, please.
Je voudrais un café.I'd like a coffee.
Je voudrais réserver une table pour deux ce soir.I'd like to book a table for two tonight.
Je voudrais savoir si le poste est toujours disponible.I'd like to know if the position is still open.
J'aurais voulu en parler avec vous avant la réunion.I would have liked to discuss it with you before the meeting.
Je voudrais souligner que cette décision aura des conséquences à long terme.I'd like to point out that this decision will have long-term consequences.
From ordering a coffee to talking to your manager. Every level builds on the one before, so nothing you learn is wasted.
It's not you. It's the method.
Streaks, not speaking.
You collect words but can't build a sentence when someone actually talks to you.
No path.
Every class covers something new, nothing connects, and you never know if you're progressing.
No one to speak to.
Grammar books explain the rules. They can't correct you or make you say it out loud.
What works is structure, real practice and someone telling you exactly what to fix next.
Your week, made simple.
